Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage, how to claim, and what is excluded. Warranty periods vary by product line.

1. Overview

Su-vastika Systems Private Limited warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for the warranty period applicable to each product. The warranty period and terms vary by product line and are stated on the warranty certificate, invoice, or product packaging supplied with your product.

2. Warranty Period by Product Line

The standard warranty period depends on the product line. Please refer to the warranty certificate supplied with your product for the exact term:

3. Digital Warranty

Many Su-vastika products include a Digital Warranty. Register your product at the time of installation so your warranty is recorded against the product's serial number, enabling faster service and claim verification.

4. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Repair or replacement of defective components, at Su-vastika's discretion.

5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, or installation by unauthorised personnel.
  • Damage from misuse, overloading, or operating the product outside its rated specifications.
  • Damage due to power surges, lightning, fire, flood, or other acts of nature.
  • Physical damage, tampering, unauthorised repair, or modification of the product.
  • Normal wear of consumable parts, and batteries used outside recommended charging/discharging practices.
  • Products with a removed, altered, or unreadable serial number.

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Contact Su-vastika support with your product model and serial number.
  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice) and a description of the issue.
  • Our service team will assess the issue and arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as applicable.
