1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation of the order and payment (where applicable). Processing and dispatch timelines depend on product availability, configuration, and destination, and will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver across India through reputed logistics partners. For bulk orders, project sites, heavy systems (such as BESS and IGBT UPS), and export enquiries, delivery is arranged on a case-by-case basis — please contact our team for timelines and charges.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, depend on the product weight and dimensions, delivery location, and mode of transport. Any applicable charges will be shown or communicated before the order is confirmed.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, logistics, and factors beyond our control.
  • Heavy and large-capacity systems may require freight transport and additional handling time.

5. Transit Damage

  • Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery.
  • If the product appears damaged in transit, report it to our support team within the window stated on your invoice, with photos where possible, so we can resolve it promptly under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Installation

Installation of inverters, UPS systems, lithium batteries, and energy storage systems should be carried out by authorised personnel in line with our Lithium Battery Safety Policy and product installation guidelines. Installation services, where offered, may be subject to separate scheduling and charges.
